TIME TO RETURN

You have 14 days to return goods purchased online and withdraw from the concluded contract without giving a reason. The return time is counted from the moment of delivery of the parcel.

WARNING!
The returned product must be sent back in the same condition in which it was delivered, it cannot be damaged or destroyed, and it cannot bear any traces of use.

WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN
Due to health protection or hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of a product if the packaging has been opened after delivery (applies to products packed in heat-shrinkable foil).
We do not accept returns of personalized goods with burned graphics or logos.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS?

OPTION #1
VIA THE CUSTOMER PANEL (automatically)

1. Log in to your account on the store website. rybaolpina.com.pl
2. Click the [ADD RETURN] button
3. Select the order you want to return.
4. Click the [RETURN PRODUCT] button at the bottom of the page
5. Select the products to return
6. Choose your preferred return method
   1. PARCEL LOCKER (LABEL WILL GENERATE AUTOMATICALLY) - Only for POLAND
   2. Sending the courier yourself
   3. Personal return
7. Select the method of refund (to the customer's account or balance)

OPTION #2

1. Download the return form and send it to us by email: sklep@rybaolpiny.com.pl
2. Send the goods to the following address:
